Dragon Lady Consulting provides consulting services for US and European companies who are interested in establishing/expanding their presence in China with a focus on mergers & acquisitions and the internet industry.

Before starting her independent consulting business, Ping had been working with various Wall Street firms including Mitsubishi UFJ Securities (USA), The Walden Group, American Union Securities and Banca IMI Securities. With these firms she has accumulated rich experience in US/China cross-border M&A transactions, US domestic M&A, as well as public listing and capital raising for Chinese companies in the US capital market.

Ping obtained her BA in International Business at University of International Business and Economics (Beijing), and her MBA in Finance & Investment from Baruch College, City University of New York. She is also a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA).

Ping was born in and grew up in China, and has lived in New York for the past ten years. Currently she is working and spending time between New York and Shanghai, and sometimes Europe. Her interests include travel, opera, modern art, and various sports.
